Skills sessions will focus on high tempo outdoor touches, skill refinement and lots of reps. Technique and execution of the skills are emphasized thru repetition with good form and video review when appropriate in groups of smaller size.
$25 per player per session
$125 per player for the series (pay for 5 get all 6)
Location: Bryn Athyn College Jungé Pavilion
Elementary and Middle School Players: Sundays 6-7p
JV and Varsity Players: Sundays 7-8p
Dates: July 16, 23, 30; August 6, 13 and 20
Elementary and MS Skills Coaches  Nicky Hitchens (or another experienced Mystx Coach) and assisted by Mystx Varsity athletes
JV/Varsity Skills Coaches will be Nicky Hitchens, Theresa Delahanty and/or Taryn Mayer and other coaches as needed.
Skills we will teach and train include:
push passes, receptions from various angles, forehand and backhand hit and sweep, overheads, shooting skills, defensive skills, and more
**additional skills upon request, curriculum will be modified based on the attendees
GKs! Attend sessions free of charge for extra touches. Register for your sessions using the same link then email Nicky at mystxcoaching@gmail before attending to ensure we can incorporate GKs in to the curriculum for the session.
