The Mystx FHC optimizes training times whether as individuals, spring training, or various clinics. There are numerous opportunities to receive training from our coaches outside of the indoor season. Please see the menu to the left.
Spring Training - weekly Sunday training sessions followed by game play. Spring training is a critical piece to the development of our athletes especially following the indoor season. Athletes looking to play in college must do spring league so our coaches can both evaluate and develope our players so they are confident and excel in the modern game. Spring league is also used to evaluate players for outdoor travel teams.
Individuals - personalized training to continue to improve and develope players' strengths while also addressing deficiences.
Core - the most overlooked piece in the developing athlete. Karen Orr customizes her program to fit the field hockey athlete while also identifying strengths and deficiences.
Skill of the Week - a snipet of fundamental skills. Perfect these skills and you will enjoy the game all your life.
